🔧 Troubleshooting Guide

1. “Buy via 🦊MetaMask” doesn’t open directly on iPhone?

This is due to Safari limitations — iOS may redirect instead of launching 🦊MetaMask directly.

Solution: Open the 🦊MetaMask App → Tap the menu (≡) in the top-left → Choose “Browser” → Visit: https://neoxcoin.github.io

2. Getting a “Network Not Supported” error?

This occurs when your 🦊MetaMask is connected to the wrong network.

Solution: Switch to the correct network (Base Mainnet). You can change networks by clicking the network name at the top of your 🦊MetaMask wallet, or add Base manually: Base Network on Chainlist.

3. “🦊Add to MetaMask” button doesn’t work?

This button works best on MetaMask desktop extension or inside 🦊MetaMask’s mobile browser.

Note: Some regular mobile browsers (like Safari/Chrome) may block 🦊MetaMask prompts.

4. Can’t see your NXC after purchase?

Your transaction may still be pending, or the token isn't added to your wallet yet.

Solution: Try refreshing your 🦊MetaMask wallet. If NXC doesn’t appear, manually add it using the above token info.
